Privacy policy

What we collect
- Requests you send: name, phone number, email, address or neighborhood, and the details you type.
- Calls: your phone number, call time and length, the general location your carrier reports, and a recording of the call.
- Basic site data: standard server logs such as IP address, browser, and pages visited.
How we use it
To pass your request to one licensed pool builder after you agree, to confirm and account for referrals, to improve the service, and to keep the site secure.
Who we share it with
Requests are shared with the licensed builder who receives the referral, so they can contact you about your project, and only after you agree. Right now no builder pays us. Service providers who run our phone, email, and hosting systems also receive what they need to operate those systems.
How long we keep it
Request details and call records are kept as long as needed to manage referrals and resolve disputes, then deleted.
Your choices
You can ask us to delete your request or recording by replying to any message from us or by sending a request through this site. If you do not want a call recorded, hang up when you hear the notice and use the request form instead. The builder you hire keeps their own records under their own policy.
What this policy does not cover
Temecula Pool Guide is not a contractor. The builder's contract and the builder's own privacy practices govern the work and the records they keep.
Usage analytics
We also log basic usage events, without your name or contact details, to our own database to improve the site: pages viewed, buttons tapped, quiz steps reached, how far a page is scrolled, and the referrer or campaign tag that brought you here. These events do not use cookies, and never include anything you type into a form. A random id tied to your browser tab, not to you, groups events from the same visit. We honor Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control: when either is on, none of this is logged. If we add a heat map or session recording tool later, we will name it here first.
